Can Topamax Affect TSH Levels While Having Hypothyroidism?

Can topamax affect your tsh levels?
I have hypothyroidism and feel that my medication is very low. My bloodwork keeps coming back showing that my tsh is high causing my doctor to keep lowering my medication. Topamax is a newer medication for me and i am wondering if i ciuld affect my levels.
