Can Tramadol Be Taken For Pain In Legs And Arms?

I am in constant pain in my arm legs and moth it fells like there are needles stabbing my costly. My shoulder harts allot of the time but that is from an old injury. I take Mobic 15MG it helps some but not the best I was wondering if Tramadol would work and could I get a prescription online. Thanks
