Can Tri-Lo-Sprintec Contraceptive Timings Be Changed From Evening To Night?

hello, my question is that i had 2tims unprotectd before 7 month. But i start to take pills wich are " Tri-lo- sprintec" before i was using this pills at evening but now i have change my time to a night tme. is that ok?
Also can i get pregent if i have no sex after start my pills?
