Can Triamhexal Injection Help With Nose Dents?

I have had a plastic surgery 3 years ago and my nose is crooked because there is a dent in one side of it, my sergeon suggested me to use triamhexal injection to make it better, but wherever I have searched on the internet there wasn t anything about it, I m really eager to know whether it is helpfull or not.
