Can Tylenol Be Taken With Gabapentin?

I would like info regarding Gabapentin, 300mg. Three are prescribed at bedtime . I take several psych meds, and I am currently taking Tylenol 4 s, four times daily for fibromyalgia and broken bone skeletal problems as well as arthritic problems. Is there a drug that does not cause an adverse reaction when taken with Gabapentin? Can it take the place of the Tylenol 4 s? I want to get off opiate use.
