Can Tylenol Or Advil Be Administered For Headache In An Elderly Person?

My 80 yr old grandmother has been in bed all day with a very bad headache and come-and-go dizziness. This has happened before to the point of being rushed to emergency. She was diagnosed with high blood pressure which she takes Hydrochlorithiazide 25mg for regularly. Other than this she is very healthy. I am wanting to know if there is anything I can do to help, Tylenol or advil? Or anything else. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
