Can Unwanted 72 Cause Irregular Periods?

hi docter, i am tanya, actually i did sex without protection on 23rd march. after 1 hour sex i took unwated-72 tablets.but nw m nt feelng well. bcz according to my pain i am feeling my down will be start on tommorow. but my periods date is 3-4 starting of month. i am feelng nervus bcz its will be 2nd time of my period. please give me any solution
