Can Utovlan Cause Migraine And Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding?

Hello, I am 39 and thinking of taking Utovlan as my period is due when I go on holiday. I am only going for 4 days but I get very heavy periods due to fibroids. I also suffer from migraines infrequently, the last one was over a year ago and have read that Utovlan can trigger these. Would taking Utovlan be advisable? Thank you
