Can Utovlan Show False Positive Pregnancy Results?

hi ive been taking utovlan for 3 days and on the 4th day i did 2 pregnancy tests which showed positive.can these tablets give a false positive?i did a test before starting the tablets which was negative so just wondered if they can effect a pregnancy test
