Can Xarelto Cause Severe Behaviour Changes?

To whom it my concern, My husband has been taking xarelto blood clot medicine since November. He has had sever behavioral changes and cognitive. I can not be in the room longer than 30 mins. He is angry and unreasonable in decisions that are very simple. He is kind then rage within mins. We have been married for over 20 years. This is extreme. Can he have a tumor? I am freighted.
