Can A Back Patch Be Related To Lupus, Leukemia Or Lymphoma?

Hello my husband is 31 years old. He has a patch on his back that looks like tinea versicolor, he also has a blood clotting disorder. He is on anticoagulants for the rest of his life. He is being tested for lupus, leukemia, and lymphoma.... can these all be related?
