Can A Blocked Kidney Be Corrected?

I was just informed that I have three kidneys and that one might possibly be blocked. Tomorrow I will undergo a cystoscopy (2nd in ten days). The first was for the bladder because of excessive blood in the urine. No cancer, but the abdomen pain continued. The question is would there be any possibility that the kidney could be unblocked and not removed?
