Can A Brown Recluse Cause Long Term Heart Damage?

I was bit by a brown recluse 13 1/2 weeks ago. It was quite an ordeal with 2 ER visits and a few complications. Now, for the last couple weeks I m experienced heart flutters. The last 4 days was more. Last night it was a great rush and extremely uncomfortable. Kind of scard me. I don t have insurance, don t ever have a need to go in. Vegetarian, not over weight. And never had these troubles before. Now I m totally exhausted with no energy. Blood work shows that my immune systems still pretty down. So heres my question: Can a brown recluse cause long term heart damage and if so can it repair itself over time?
