Can A Cataract In My Left Eye After Right Eye Surgery Go Away Without Surgery?

please, i just did cataract surgery on my right eye and before then I have gone for cataract check on the left eye and the doctors said there is no cataract on my left eye. but few days ago after my cataract surgery on my right eye i did another test on the left eye and the doctor said there is cataract. And I m just only 23 years old. what do I Do? Can the cataract be gone without surgery ?
