Can A Child Be Born With Fibromyalgia?

I was just diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I am almost 29yrs old and have had symtoms of this since I was little, except no one believe me. Finally I found out what is wrong. Could I have been born with this? Since I started walking my knees would always give out on me, so much that my mother noticed it a lot.
