Can A Cornual Block In My Right Fallopian Tube Be Cleared With R-Cinex Tablets?

Hi, My age is 30 and I faced two ectopic pregnancies,first was in my left side tube and it was removed by laproscopy ,the second was in my right side tube after a year.I was treated with two doses of methoteroxate injection and cleared my right tube.Doctor suggested me to move with ivf stating that my right tube also might have damaged.I took diagnostic laproscopy after an year and doctors diagnosed that there is a cornual block in my right tube and again they said me take ivf.But I am not interested in moving with IVF. They also gave me R Cinex tablets and said me to take it for three months. They said there is chances for block to get cleared with these tablets itself. Kindly suggest me whether my block can get cleared with the tablets itself or how can i get conceive naturally with my only right tube .
