Can A Hysterectomy Cause Hematuria And Lower Leg Swelling?

I had a hysterectromy(left in both ovaries) in Nov 2009, since then I have had blood in urine, extreme pelvic pain , low back pain, can't sit straight on bottom, and today my lower legs are very swollen??
39 yr old female, 175lbs, baby is 18 months now, having hard time losing weight, Im about 5'2
