Can A Large Black Back Mole Be Surgically Removed?

hi im a 24 year old male and I have a large mole on my back. Its been there for as long back as I can remember. It hasnt grown in size what so ever. Is there a chance I can get this removed as Im worried one day i may catch it on something which could result in a bad bleed
