Can A Light Period From Taking Maxogest Affect The Health Of A Baby If Conception Occurs While On Siphene?

I am 28 years old, trying for conception. I have a history of missed periods. doctor advised on tablet maxogest and siphene on 3rd day of period. On taking maxogest, i have lighther period (only spotting for 3 days) and i continued siphene from 3rd day of period. Now since my period was light, if ovulation happens and i conceive, will the baby be healthy and normal?
