Can A Migraine Cause Sneezing And A Runny Nose?

Migraine. My doctor is out of town until Monday. My employer needs a medical advisor opinion. I missed work today because after a migraine I had a runny nose and a lot of sneezing. No other symptoms. I took another migraine pill and within 5 hours the sneezing and runny nose stopped. I assumed it was the migraine. However, due to covid the employer will not let me return to work without advise on the situation. I do not have a fever or congestion or any symptoms now. The migraine was within the last 12 hours and the runny nose sneezing stopped suddenly at around 1pm, the medication was taken, naratriptan, at around 8:45am.
