Can A Myringotomy On The Right Ear Cause Sensitivity Or Pounding In The Left Ear, Especially If Symptoms Persist 4 Days After The Procedure?

I had a cold which lasted for almost a month and then my right ear suddenly clogged. Went to ent specialist and was told that a fluid is trapped. Doctor said that I can wait another 2 weeks before we see a possibility of Myringotomy. After 2 weeks still felt clogged by was 50 percent better but doctor said since we have given almost 5 weeks we can go ahead with Myringotomy. Did that to right ear but my left ear started pounding like very sensitive to thumping. Is it possible that Myringotomy procedure to right ear May cause issue to left ear ) it’s been 4 days but no relief.
