Can A Pain On Back Of Head Be A Brain Tumour?

Hi , i have a headache ive had this headache for about 4 days but its not on going. its in the back of my head , and im very scared and i dont want anything to be wrong , i thought i had a brain tumor im just getting my self worried , maybe i need glasses. i dont know please help.
