Can A Pimple Form Under A Mole?

I have a mole on my left cheek which I have had forever. It had always been slightly raised and brown in color. I go to the derm every six months because I have many moles on my body. Actually I just went to the derm two weeks ago and she checked all my moles including this one and she sadi everything looks good and I don't have to come back for a year. On sunday the mole on my cheek started hurting when touched(very slightly) like a pimple was forming there also. I also suffer from mild adult acne. I squeezed the mole and the white stuff that comes out of a pimple came out right away(sorry gross). It bled pretty bad for a while but stopped. Now today there seems to be a scab on top of the mole. It doesn't hurt anymore and I am trying not to touch it but the scab looks gross. So my question is can a pimple form under a mole and is the scab normal like a scab from popping a pimple. Also after I popped the pimple the mole lost its brown color for a while but it has since some back. I really don't want to gret this mole removed because of the location and I scar pretty easily. Could I have damaged the mole-will the scab fall off like normal scabs if I dont mess with it or will it take the mole with it? Sorry lots of information but also I am a 35 year old female. Thank you
