Can A Pregnancy Test Show Positive Within 2 Weeks Of Unprotected Sex Along With Symptoms Like Breast Soreness, Frequent Urination, And Fatigue?

Hello Doctor. Is it possible to test positive after a week (but not up to two weeks) of unprotected sex. With related symptoms (boobs soreness, frequent urination, tiredness, dizziness and irregular temperature). These are the symptoms I got and I went ahead to take a Pregnancy Test and I was positive.
