Can A Ruptured Ovarian Cyst Cause Right Sided Pain In Ribs?

Hi I have really bad pain under my upper right rib, I can only take small breaths and can only propley breath if I lay on my right side, when I try roll to my left it hurts, also about 2 weeks ago I had a ruptured cyst on my overies, might that have somthing to do with it?
