Can A Sertraline Tablet Still Be Lodged In My Windpipe

Can a sertraline Tablet still be lodged in my windpipe two days later? I didn't take it with water the night before and by the morning I woke up with terrible burning pain... It doesn't feel as as bad today but when I'm drinking or eating I feel something's still there and a bit painful...
