Can A Spinal And Anus Bruise With Itching, Pain, Peeling Be Treated?

my son is a rough and tumble type however for the past week he has had an itchy painful bruise on his spine he has been clingy and thats not like him his but is itchy as well and i have treated for hemorrhoids, the worms, and for fungal infection still having itchy painful anus not cheeks the bruise on the spine is peeling from his scratches but when i go to palpate the lump that has formed he complains at how painful it is.
