Can A Thyroid Be Damaged From LED LASER TREATMENTS TO

Can a thyroid be damaged from LED LASER TREATMENTS TO NECK?
I was on vacation and was offered a "facial" which turned out to be high pitched sales two days ago.
They used a high intensity led laser machine on my neck to reduce wrinkles. I have to say after two days my neck is leaner and appears less wrinkled. This was a very pricey piece of equipment which I declined to purchase but I started worrying about possible damage to my thyroid
What as a precaution should I look for? Should I call my primary and request testing? A facial usually involves some products and possibly steam- this was different
The laser was placed on my neck and was moved up and out with a rotating function. There was heat involved as the led lights emitted a heat sensation..
The product is zerogravityskin.com
I am concerned as I thought about the noticeable difference to my neck and worried if the led heat activated
equipment could cause any damage to my thyroid
