Can A Toenail Grow Back After Falling Off?

iam playing football once in a week. one day i got hurt on my toenail. it turns black colour.it started paining also. i didnt take care so much. after 4 days,i dont feel the pain.so again i started playing football. now my toenail fell off.will it grow again and how many months it will take?
