Can A Woman Get Pregnant After Removal Of Left Fallopian Tube?

Dear Dr,I am a 30 yr old married, Female from Mumbai. I have a 5 yr old daughter born within a yr of my matrimony. I have no medical ailments or allergies to mention. My menstrual cycle is a bit irregular ranging from 24 to 40 days.
Recently me and my husband decided to try for a second child. My LMP was 19th March and I conceived successfully in the very first cycle. However, in the 7th weekof pregnancy, I developed severe lower abdominal pain and on reaching the doctor, learned that I had an Ectopic (fallopian) pregnancy. My left tube had ruptured had had to be operated immediately and removed. My surgery was performed using laproscopy with three incisions. This surgery was performed on the 6th of May. I would like to know what are my chances of conceiving after the removal. Also, how can I enhance my chances of getting pregnant? Can I try immediately from this cycle or do I need to wait? Also, will I ovulate immediately? Can you suggest some measures and chances of my conception as quickly as possible? Pls Help!
