Can A Woman With Completely Blocked Left Fallopian Tube Conceive?

Hi Sir, my age is 31yrs i have problem in fallopian tubes i had underwent twice laproscopy 1st report says left tube blocked and right patent and 2nd time when i went to laproscopy the doctor has to put much pressure to open both the tubes and the report says left is blocked completely and right tube is patent but having spill in it. Is there any chance that i can conceive.
