Can Abnormal Cells Enter The Cervix Tissue Due To Bruising And Bleeding?

                                                  I am 30 years old. I have moderate cervical dysplasia. I have not been treated yet. recently i have had a brused cervix and there was bleeding. Should i be concerned that the abnormal cells have entered the certix tissue?
