Can Absence Of Foreskin Cause Burning Sensation Post Intercourse?

Hi, I am 56 year old and experiencing great problems between the head of the penis and the rest of the shaft, after having sex or even during sex it starts burning and has small cracks indication of bleeding as well. I do not have a foreskin .This is affecting my sex life and I need help urgently.
