Can Acidity Causes Severe Headache With Blurry Vision?

hi doc i am a 32 yr old married lady for the past one week my head is spinning mostly in the evenings also i have difficulty in seeing clearly when my head spins and have glare from light till it persists i got a neck xray which shows slight cervical issue also i ve a history of gas and acidity but it was treated long ago what cud be causing the spinnin the cervical or gas or acidity................
