Can Adenoids In Children Be Removed Without Surgery?

Hello Dr. My name is Pratibha and I am in Dubai. My son will be 5yrs old in march he is having large adenoids. We took yesterday the xray of it. The report is moderate enlargement of adenoids. Presently we are giving him homeopathy medicines but we are not getting any result. In last year we went to India the ENT specialist told us surgery but we were not ready for that and we started giving homeopathy. In July we are planning to go to India.
Can you suggest me without surgery adenoids can be removed or if we do surgery will rise any other problem. what is the best for my child.
