Can Amway Products Help In Treating Food Allergies In Kids?

My son allen is 5 years old. from birth he is allergic to almost everything....its just that recently he has startes eating almost everything...but he gets rashes on his skin...his eyes get red.....his nose is always congested.....and gets cold and cough all through the year....i want to know if amway products will help him come out of his allergy...if yes... then which products should i give....ALLEN is 5+...16 kgs..... thank u...waiting for your reply....from ambrenr
