Can An HRCT Temporal Bone Scan Reveal If Someone Had Ear Surgery In The Past?

A person had gone through a ear surgery few years ago now the person needs to undergo another surgery on other ear .The person takes a hrct-temporal bone scanning by seeing the scanning film can a doctor recognise he went through a surgery previously or not ,will the doctor atleast get a doubt?
