Can An Ovarian Cyst Disappear On Its Own?

hello doc i am 25 years old.from the last one year we r planning for concieving .recently i consult a gyn .she said there is cyst on my right ovary .she asked me 2 come on 7th day of my period 4 hsg scan.it is normal i undergo 4 follicle study on my 14 day my report was 4 to 5 follicles in right ovary and left ovary is 2.5x2.4m and the size of uteres is 10mm and my gyn said that my cyst had dissappear.is it possible.
