Can Anisocytosis Affect Heart?

Hi i was just diagnosed with anisocytosis 1+ what does it mean and can it affect my heart . i also have acute pancreas divisium which i also get acute pancreatits with lipase going up all the time and i eat a very bland diet due to my body not digesting fat very well and high creatnine of 1.2 Any info you have will help thanks
