Can Antibiotics Cause A Vaginal Yeast Infection, And Is There Treatment For Lichorea Or Vaginal Discharge Despite Taking Canesten And Vagibact?

Hi, I am having severe burning around my vulva .. can using antibiotics cause yeast infection in the vagina ?? I ve used canesten tablet for 6 days Then vagibact cream for 6 days but it s not working ... And I think I am having lichorea as well. Is there any treatment for lichorea or vaginal discharge ?
