Can Anxiety Disorder Cause Heart Palpitations, Dizziness And Fatigue?

Hello. I have had heart palpitations for two years now. It feels like my heart jumps and stops, then I can t breathe for a second. Recently for the past three or four days I have lost my appetite, I m dizzy and I m constantly sleepy. My heart constantly beats fast and hard unless I m laying down. I have an anxiety disorder as well and I m only 20. Please help!
