Can Anyone Help Me. I Have Been Worrying About My

Can anyone help me. I have been worrying about my problem which is a soft lump in my anal area. It's itchy sometimes but it is usually not there at other times. I took a picture of it and it looks like it has fluid inside and it is really soft. Aside from that I saw 2 black lesions also but it doesn't itch when I touch it and it is not painful.
