Can Anyone Tell Me What Might Cause (in Female) Small

Can anyone tell me what might cause (in female) small fibers upon urination that appear to be brownish red. I also had some brownish discharge in urinating just prior to this. I am well past the stage of having a period, and just last night my urine appeared to be clear.
