Can Asymmetrical Nostril Closing, Breathlessness And Tiredness Affect Stuttering?

hi i have just heard about a deviated septum from a stuttering group i'm in. I have recently noticed that when i breathe, one nostril closes considerable mor ethan the other. I also struggle with breathing during the evenings, and when I'm tired. Could this effect my stuttering? and what can i do?
