Can Azythromicin Cause My Menstrual Cycle To Come 9 Days

Can azythromicin cause my menstrual cycle to come 9 days early? I've been spotting for 1.5days and shouldn't get my period for another week. It's brown spotting.. Not like a normal period. I started taking the z-pack 4 days ago and was wondering if that has anything to do with this? Or possibly implantation bleeding? Or something more serious ??
