Can Backache By Horse Riding Cause Bleeding To Be Heavier?

I horse ride and my horse has given me back ache, I have found out that the horse was wonkey so to speak and after having out a back person to sort her out now she is fine. I went to see a chiropractor last Wednesday to see what my back pain was and after some clicks was sent home and told to bend from my hips rather than bending my lower back (which I always have done) Asked to come back on Moday to see him again, but on Thursday I had some spotting and really bad backache the bleeding has got heavier almost like a period. Is this normally?
