Can Balsamic Vinegar In Food Cause Abdominal Pain And Headache?

I recently ate a meal of chicken with was marinated in balsamic vinegar and had a sauce made from it also. It was very good, but I woke up with a headache and had a stomach ache during the day. It was almost like my stomach was stinging as was my head. Could this kind of fermented vinegar cause this? Could I be sensitive to this?
