Can Birth Control Pills Cause Nausea, Blood In Stools With Tender Abdomen?

I have been taking junel birth control w iron in it for about 2 months. I have had nausea for most of that time. This past week I have had the nausea increase, some mild bright blood in stool, lower abdomen tenderness and lower middle backpain and no urinary issues. My kids 2 young kids have recently have had diahrea and vomiting virus which i hear going around alot. Could I be pregnant or could this be related to the flu thing or something else?
