Can Birth Control Pills Cause Tiny, Red, Pimple Looking Bumps On Inner Thighs?

I recently started taking birth control and I for the past 2 weeks I have had these tiny red pimple looking bumps ( some with a little amount of puss at the top) all over my inner thighs, I am just wondering what it might be and how do I get rid of them?
