Can Bleaching Hair Cause My Scalp To Burn?

I just put clorox bleach in my hair to try and bleach it... i had it in for about an hour, and I was out in the sun. then i washed it out. I have minor burn on my head.. but i feel really sick. i was wondering if its possible that the bleach seeped in thorough my skin, or if its from inhailing it, and what should I do?
